1 ½ c. flour
¾ c. butter
½ tsp. salt
1 egg
2 Tbsp. Milk
3 c. fruit (peaches, apples)
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. Flour
¾ c. milk
½ c. flour
½ c. sugar
2 Tbsp. Butter
cinnamon, to taste

Mix 1 ½ cups flour, ¾ c. butter and salt as for a pie crust. Add 1 egg. Add 2 Tbsp. Milk; beat. When the liquid is absorbed, pat the dough into a 9 X 13 inch pan and slightly up the sides. Do not roll out. Place the fruit on the dough.
Mix 3 eggs, 1 c. sugar, 2 Tbsp. Flour and ¾ c. milk; pour over the fruit.
Mix ½ c. flour, ½ c. sugar and 2 Tbsp. Butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over the top of the fruit. Sprinkle with cinnamon to taste. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40-50 minutes.
